No Returns

We do not accept returns of any products once purchased and delivered. All sales are final.

 

Refund Options

Store Credit (Standard):
Approved refunds are issued as store credit to your Injectify account. Store credit never expires and can be applied to future purchases.

 

Refund to Original Payment Method (Exception):
If you require a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit, a $25 USD processing fee applies. This fee is mandated by our payment processor and will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

BTC transactions are not refundable except as store credit when valid.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@injectify.is. We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

  • Description of the damage or defect
